About Mahara

Your University portfolio is powered by Mahara, an open source web application that works closely with Moodle. 

Mahara provides a private online space for you to record your achievements and to collect and share artefacts as evidence, often used in support professional development planning (PDP).

Your portfolio is private until you create 'views' for sharing parts of your portfolio with your classmates, tutors, or publically on the internet.
